Collectorlog

Chapter 3 of 12

Dashboard overview

What each block on the Dashboard shows and where it links next.

The Dashboard is the first page after sign-in. It is a summary, not a working area — each block links to the deeper page where you can act.

VaultWall

A compact view of your collection volume and status mix. Use it as a quick pulse: how many records you have, and how they distribute across statuses like In Collection, In Transit, and Invoice Due.

TheLedger

A financial snapshot: total cost of ownership, outstanding balances, and recent totals. Tap or click through for the full Finances page.

Watch List

A peek at your Wishlist with quick links to the items you're tracking. If your Wishlist is empty, this block stays collapsed and encourages you to explore Search.

NewBadges

Your most recent progress badges. Open the block or the Your profile page for the full badge list.

SubscriptionStrip

Your current plan, usage percentages, and remaining capacity at a glance. When a quota is near full, the strip highlights which feature to review first.

Empty vs error states

An empty Dashboard is normal on a fresh account — it is not an error. A genuine load failure shows a retry button and an explicit error message. If you see empty blocks and no error, you just have no data yet.
