A short reference of the terms you will see across Collectorlog. When two terms are easy to confuse, the second line explains how they differ.
Vault
Your formal record area. The foundation for every other feature. See the Vault chapter.
Wishlist
An informal "save for later" list. Not a formal record; not tracked by finances. Move an item to the Vault once you actually order it. See Search and Wishlist.
Public Share
A public page for a single Vault record. Hides all financial data — price, payments, fees, and channel tags stay private.
QR
A quick-open code for reopening a record on another device. Not a public page. Found in the share tools on the record detail page.
WTS
A "Want to Sell" listing published from a Vault record. Different from Public Share: WTS goes to the sale or forum context, and has strict preconditions before publishing.
Activation Code
A one-use redemption code for a plan upgrade. Not a discount coupon. Activation Codes are redeemed on the Plans page (or at /activate).
Collector Figures
The external storefront and community that connects to Collectorlog. Sometimes shortened to CF.
Connection
The Settings-level link between your Collectorlog account and Collector Figures. Different from Collector Figures sign-in, which is how you enter the app. See Settings.
Current Plan
Your active subscription tier and its usage. Visible on the Plans page and in the Dashboard's SubscriptionStrip.
TCO
Total Cost of Ownership. The running total of what a record has cost you in your local currency, computed from deposits, balances, shipping, taxes, and other fees.
Condition Checks
Saved inspection records per item, with photos and notes. Available on PLUS or above.
Care Reminders
Scheduled upkeep reminders per item — cleaning, resealing, rotating display. Available on PLUS or above.
Channel Tags
Your own labels for filtering records (e.g., pre-owned, grey market). Available on PLUS or above.
Price Insight
A statistical price reference for comparable items. Not a valuation. Available on PRO or above.
Batch Operations
Multi-record editing from the Vault toolbar. Available on MAX only.
Command Palette
A keyboard-driven launcher for records, pages, and actions. Opens with Ctrl+K or ⌘K.
Onboarding
The one-time first-login setup flow. Not a regular Settings page and does not run again after it completes.
