Chapter 4 of 12

Finances and payment reminders

Payment Schedule, Recent Activity, summary cards, and how reminders work.

The Finances page is where your money lives. Open it from the sidebar or bottom tab.

Summary cards

The top row shows totals for total cost of ownership, deposits paid, balances outstanding, and realized profit or loss. Each figure is computed from your Vault records — nothing here is hand-entered on this page.

Payment Schedule

Upcoming installments and balances, sorted by due date. Items with a status of Invoice Due appear at the top with the most visible warning.

Recent Activity

A chronological log of financial changes on your records: status transitions, balance payments, and edits that affect totals.

How payment reminders work

Reminders are created automatically from each record's status and due date. You do not create reminders manually — they appear on the Dashboard and inside the Payment Schedule when a balance is approaching or past due.

Finances is a read surface

To change a number, open the record in your Vault and edit it there. Finances displays totals and logs — it does not edit records.
